Mandi Akins, a Pacific Northwest native, planted her roots in Central Oregon in 1999. Her professional journey kicked off in Title and Escrow, where she honed her skills for nearly 9 years. Mandi invested additional 1.5 years of her time working as a Permit Technician at the County to refine her knowledge base, in Community Development working directly with the building official and planning department implementing state codes in a public sector format.  With a robust background in title/escrow, realtor instruction, marketing, and Community Development Mandi boasts an impressive 22-year tenure in the real estate industry.

Recipient of the prestigious Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award and the International Sterling Society Award, Mandi consistently earns recognition for her outstanding contributions to the field. Her commitment to excellence is evident in these yearly accolades throughout her flourishing real estate career.

Mandi holds distinguished designations as a Sellers Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and possesses Earth Advantage Designations. These credentials showcase her expertise and commitment to providing top-notch service to her clients.
